“We were in need of a new, larger van as our business is expanding. We had visited a couple of other suppliers previously, until we were recommended Maxi-Low. A quick call into their office and we were down there in a couple of hours, First of all being given a tour of their workshop and seeing the vans in production, before talking through the options available. The staff were very knowledgeable and no question was unanswered, We had some large, not so heavy bulky Items that we needed to deliver to our rail customers at various rail depots around the UK. We decided on the “Slimbo” Low Floor Luton and specified all the extra’s and options. The next morning a proposal was sent over to us and after a few tweaks, we agreed on the van. Less than 2 weeks later we were picking it up. We were kept up to date with the progress during this time and had a few questions which were all responded to promptly. On the day of collection the van was ready for us all insured and clean & ready to go, A very comprehensive hand over was carried with no problems and we left very happy with the service that we have received. Since having the van we have had 2 very minor faults, which were sorted within a matter of a few hours after contacting Maxi-Low, so not only a 5 Star pre delivery service but a 5 star aftersales and support. I can highly recommend Maxi-Low and when we require another similar van, we will be back again”.

The service offered was very efficient, I called to make an enquiry and a day later I was given an in depth tour of the production site. On the back of this I placed our order.
